About Our Broker

DVC by Resale is owned and operated by Shontell C. Crawford, who has been helping Disney lovers save when buying their piece of the magic for over 20 years.  Originally from South Carolina, she moved to Orlando in 1989 and immediately went to work for Walt Disney World in Resorts. During her 5 year career at the happiest place on earth, she enjoyed being a Cast Member at:

- The Yacht & Beach Club opening team

Licensed in 1997, she began her real estate career working with a general timeshare resale company where she learned the good, the bad and ugly about the industry and how each developer's program was designed, shaped and valued. She earned her Broker's license in '99, was promoted to management and lead their Disney Vacation Club resale division for 4 years before founding the first timeshare resale company exclusively designed for DVC Members to buy and sell their ownership.  Committed to excellence and efficiency, she fine-tuned the resale process to make it the easiest real estate transaction you'll ever have!

A Member herself since 1999, Shontell knows the intricacies of the Disney Vacation Club. She has enjoyed over 10 DVC Member cruises, stayed in almost every DVC Resort, maintains an annual pass to Walt Disney World and has shared the magic with thousands of friends and clients over her 20 plus years of service. She has traveled extensively thanks to her DVC points and can share many personal magical experiences from The Plaza in New York to Timber Ridge in Colorado to her beloved WDW resorts in Orlando. An animal lover, she has helped with the rescue and rehabilitation of many English Bulldogs, including a few that became her own over the years. Athletic at heart, she enjoys beach volleyball, wakeboarding and game nights with friends.

Meet Stitch, the DVC By Resale Mascot. Stitch is a lover of all things Disney; especially Disney Vacation Club Members. He brings the joy and love of the Disney Magic to the office, reminding us we are part of helping people fulfill their dreams and make wonderful, lifetime memories at the Happiest Place on Earth! Since Disney has had many memorable and lovable dogs throughout the decades in their feature films, DVC By Resale (being dog lovers) wanted to bring that furry tenderness into our operation.
